Additional Programs

Catering

All full-day Casa students participate in our Daily Lunch Program provided by Wholesome Kids Catering. Our lunch program is Day Nurseries Act (DNA) compliant and prepared in a peanut and tree nut aware environment. We are able to cater to and accommodate all food allergies and dietary requirements, while following Canada’s Food Guide. The program encourages children to try a variety of foods while experiencing well-balanced meals. The lunch program, as well as morning and afternoon snacks, are included in full-day Casa tuition but available to all students.

Arts & Science Fairs

One important aspect of our philosophy is to demonstrate learned concepts in a concrete way. We have found the best way to communicate to parents what true Montessori looks like in action is through Fairs that highlight what their elementary children are learning in our Language, History, Geography and Science programs. Parents are invited to come and learn from their children’s experiences within the classroom.

Field Trips

At M L Montessori, we believe that learning does not only happen within the classroom. Our students experience Art and Culture first-hand through various field trips taken over the course of the year. In past years, students have enjoyed trips to Young People’s Theatre and discovered the beauty of music with performances by the Toronto Symphony Orchestra at Roy Thompson Hall. In addition, Upper Elementary students have enjoyed a very special annual day trip to the Stratford Festival. We believe these programs offer vibrant and engaging opportunities for our students to be immersed in Art and Culture

Summer Programs

Our summer programs begin right after the last day of school. Our instructors create and implement fun and stimulating language programs along with Montessori academic readiness for currently enrolled students ages 3 years – SK.
